WeDoVids LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates FrameCourier. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you register as a Subscriber we collect your name, company name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your plaintext password.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Content you upload. We store the photos, videos, subtitles, and other files you upload, along with associated metadata (file names, sizes, dimensions, timestamps).
Client information. Subscribers may enter client names and email addresses to associate galleries or video collections with a client record.
Usage and log data. We automatically collect information such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps when you use the service. This helps us monitor performance and diagnose issues.
Cookies. We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We do not sell your personal data or your clients' data to third parties.
Service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the service (hosting, file storage, payment processing, transactional email). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services for us.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WeDoVids LLC, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If WeDoVids LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
Galleries and video collections are shared with clients via links that you control. If you configure a gallery as publicly accessible (no password required), anyone with the link can view it. You are responsible for managing access to your content.
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at legal@wedovids.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
FrameCourier is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the application. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
