WeDoVids LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates FrameCourier. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you register as a Subscriber we collect your name, company name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your plaintext password.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Content you upload. We store the photos, videos, subtitles, and other files you upload, along with associated metadata (file names, sizes, dimensions, timestamps).
Client information. Subscribers may enter client names and email addresses to associate galleries or video collections with a client record.
Usage and log data. We automatically collect information such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps when you use the service. This helps us monitor performance and diagnose issues. For galleries and video collections, we also log Client and guest activity, such as views and downloads, together with IP address, browser type, and timestamp; this activity log is visible to the Subscriber who owns that content.
Cookies. We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
E-signature data. When a model or client signs a release form, we collect the typed name, drawn signature image, consent checkbox selections, and the date and time of each submission.
Referral information. If you participate in our Referral Program, we collect the email addresses of referred companies and track referral conversions to allocate bonus storage.
Video comment data. When clients submit timestamped video comments, we record the comment text, the associated video timestamp, and the commenter's identity. If a Subscriber enables guest comments on a shortlink, visitors may leave comments without creating an account; in that case we record the name the guest provides, the comment text, timestamp, and IP address.
Two-factor authentication data. If you enable 2FA, we generate and send temporary authentication codes via email. We do not store the codes after they are used or expired.
Bot detection data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to detect automated submissions. Turnstile may collect IP addresses and browsing signals; this data is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
AI processing inputs and outputs. When you use the AI-powered features, we send the relevant content to third-party AI providers to perform the requested operation. This includes video transcripts and extracted audio (for AI video summaries and automatic subtitles), photos and video comment frames (for AI photo tagging and comment context), and, for AI client insights and AI-assisted client search, the client's public website content as fetched by us. We also store the AI-generated outputs (summaries, tags, transcripts, client insight text, and chat responses) associated with your account.
Ask Milo chat data. If you or your clients use the Ask Milo AI assistant, we send your question along with relevant grounding content (such as video transcripts, comments, and comment frame captions, or product documentation) to a third-party AI provider to generate a response, and we may retain the conversation to improve the assistant and for support purposes.
AI drafting and triage data. If you use AI-assisted license/contract drafting, AI client search, or AI-assisted support ticket triage, we send the relevant prompt and associated account or ticket content to a third-party AI provider to generate the requested output.
AI analysis of your business. We may use AI to generate an internal summary of your business, based on your account information and, if provided, your website, to help our support and success teams understand your account.
Search index data. To power unified search, we store video transcript text and media metadata such as titles, descriptions, and tags, and index that content for full-text search.
Support ticket data. If you contact us through the support ticket system, we collect the messages you send and any files you attach, along with the metadata needed to route and respond to your request.
Client website and contact information. Subscribers may enter a client's website URL and contact email, which we store and may use to generate AI client insights as described above.
We do not sell your personal data or your clients' data to third parties.
Service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the service: hosting and file storage providers, payment processors, transactional email services, and Cloudflare (for Turnstile bot detection on our contact form). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services for us.
AI subprocessors. To provide AI-powered features, we send the relevant content (video transcripts and audio, photos and video comment frames, client website content, your business website content, chat messages, and drafting/support prompts) to third-party AI providers. These currently include OpenRouter and LocalAI, as well as self-hosted Ollama instances we operate, and may include other AI providers we engage from time to time. These providers process the content solely to generate the requested output (summaries, subtitles, tags, client insights, chat responses, drafted license/contract text, or search and triage suggestions) and handle that data according to their own privacy policies. We do not send your content to AI providers for model training unless that provider's terms expressly require it.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WeDoVids LLC, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If WeDoVids LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
Galleries and video collections are shared with clients via links that you control, including expiring shortlinks (optionally password-protected) with associated QR codes. If you enable website embeds, your galleries or videos may be displayed on third-party sites via iframe. If you configure a gallery as publicly accessible (no password required), anyone with the link can view it. You are responsible for managing access to your content. We log Client and guest views and downloads (including IP address) and make that activity log visible to you as the Subscriber. If you enable guest comments on a shortlink, anyone with the link can leave a comment without creating an account, and that comment will be visible in the same thread as comments from identified Clients.
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. This includes AI-generated outputs (summaries, tags, transcripts, client insights, Ask Milo conversations), indexed search data, activity logs, and support ticket messages and attachments. Model releases and signed consent documents may be retained to the extent required by applicable law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to opt out of the Referral Program, email us at legal@wedovids.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Re-engagement emails include a one-click unsubscribe link, and dormant accounts receive at most one such email.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
FrameCourier is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the application. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
